The process of booking with Cross Photography LLC will be seamless. Please reach out if you have additional questions not featured.

1.Fill out the CONTACT form

For weddings & all other sessions, my email response times will be between 1-3 business days. Be sure to check your spam folder incase you do not hear from me in a timely manner. You can find the forms at the top of my website under the "Contact" tab!

2.ContractS & pAYMENT

Once you select a date and time for your photoshoot or wedding, I will email a copy of your contract for you to read through and sign.


For regular sessions: In order for your date to be secured, 50% of the entire fee due at the time of signing & is nonrefundable. The remaining 50% is due 2 weeks prior to the scheduled photoshoot.


For weddings: To ensure I am available for your wedding day, 25% is due at the time of signing & is nonrefundable.   The remaining percentage of your fee is due within 1 month of your scheduled wedding date.

3.Phone calls& Zoom

All wedding clients will receive an email with the ability to schedule a complimentary phone call, or have the option to video chat, to   ask questions and talk about wedding details. Leading up to your big day, we will then schedule a call or video chat to go over the final timeline, no later than 2 weeks before the wedding.


For all other sessions, if a phone call or video chat is desired, please feel free to let me know and I would be happy to set up a time to get to know you better & help you plan out a perfect shoot or proposal!

4.THe shoot & Delivery

Your day has arrived and it's time to capture your precious memories! Make sure to arrive early to your sessions to ensure we get the most out of your experience!


If you need to reschedule or cancel due to a last minute emergency, please reach out as soon as possible and I will be happy to accommodate you.


As stated under the FAQ, regular galleries will be delivered within 2-4 weeks while weddings are estimated at 4-8 weeks. All digital images will be sent electronically through an online gallery.
